Welcome to Sapphire Table. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
1. Reservations & cancellations
Reservations are confirmed via email. For cancellations within 24 hours or no‑show, a fee of 150 HRK per person may be charged. Large parties (8+) require a deposit.
2. Dietary & allergies
Please inform us of any allergies. Our kitchen handles seafood, gluten, and dairy. Sapphire Table is not liable for adverse reactions.
3. Photography & filming
We occasionally take photos for marketing. If you prefer not to be included, notify staff. Unauthorized commercial photography is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by Sapphire Table and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapphire Table shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
